2. Processing

In-stock items are normally prepared and dispatched within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. The overall calendar period may include weekends and public holidays. Pre-order and made-to-order items follow the release or production timeline shown on the product page.

3. Shipping

OwlCache provides worldwide tracked shipping from China. Final methods and charges are shown at checkout. Many standard tracked shipments arrive within approximately 7–18 business days after dispatch. Remote or long-haul destinations may require approximately 15–30 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the destination, carrier, customs clearance, peak seasons, weather, flights, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will receive tracking information by email after dispatch.

4. Delivery & Duties

Import duties, VAT, GST, customs fees, and other local charges are not included unless explicitly stated at checkout or on the product page. Any such charges imposed by the destination country are the customer's responsibility.
