How to Request

• We will confirm availability, pricing, and estimated timeline within 1–3 business days.
• Once confirmed, we will arrange payment and add the item to your order.

What Happens Next

Official items may take 1–6 weeks to source depending on the product and the manufacturer's schedule. Pre-orders and limited items are secured on a first-come, first-served basis.
