Understanding your order status
Because we sell official merchandise sourced through official channels, some orders (especially pre-orders) take time. Here is what each status means:
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Order received | We received your order and payment. |
| Awaiting official release | This pre-order is waiting for the official release date. |
| Sourcing from official channel | We are securing the item from an official or authorized retail channel. |
| Arriving at warehouse | The item is on its way to our warehouse. |
| Quality check & packing | We are checking and packing your item for international shipping. |
| Ready to ship | Your order is ready for carrier pickup. |
| Shipped | Tracking has been uploaded. |
| Delivered | The carrier marked your package as delivered. |
Pre-order items ship after the official release date and warehouse arrival. You will receive email updates for major changes such as delays, warehouse arrival, and shipment.
