Our service fee covers sourcing, purchasing, quality checking, packaging, and customer support. The fee varies by item type and complexity and is always confirmed with you before any purchase.

Where Fees Are Not Charged

• Regular in-stock items purchased directly from our store have no extra service fee.
• Pre-orders purchased directly from our store have no extra service fee.

Custom & Rare Requests

For rare-item sourcing, group buys, and custom requests, a service fee applies. We will always provide the item price, shipping estimate, and service fee in writing before you commit.
