Step 1: Browse by series or category
The easiest way to find what you want is to browse by series. ACGN fans think in terms of worlds and characters first - Genshin Impact, Honkai: Star Rail, Lord of the Mysteries, Link Click, Heaven Official's Blessing - so every IP has its own collection. If you are buying a gift for someone whose favorite series you do not know, browse by category instead: acrylic stands, plushies, cards, badges and more.
Step 2: Understand product labels
Every product at OwlCache is clearly labeled. Official means the item is official merchandise sourced from official or authorized retail channels. Fan-made means a premium fan-designed collectible. If a product is a random item (blind box or random card), the label says so - you receive one design selected at random.
Step 3: Check pre-order vs in-stock
Chinese official merch is often released as limited pre-orders. Pre-order items show a deadline, estimated release date, warehouse arrival and ship-out window. In-stock items are normally prepared and dispatched within 7 business days after payment is confirmed. The overall calendar period may include weekends and public holidays.
