Pre-orders are the normal way to buy official Chinese ACGN merchandise. Official releases are often limited windows - when the window closes, the item may never be produced again. Here is everything you need to know before you pre-order.
What is a pre-order?
A pre-order is an item that is not yet in stock. You reserve it in advance, and it ships after the official release date and after the item arrives at our warehouse.

Why pre-orders matter
Official Chinese merch - tarot cards, acrylic stands, plushies, collector editions - is often produced in limited batches. If you miss the order window, the item may only be available second-hand at a premium, or not at all. Pre-ordering is how collectors secure official releases.
Can I cancel?
Cancellation is possible within 24 hours of ordering (before processing). Once the pre-order window closes or the item is secured from the official channel, cancellation is not possible unless the item becomes unavailable - in which case you receive a full refund. Details in our Pre-order Policy.
What if my order mixes in-stock and pre-order items?
They may ship together after all items are ready, unless split shipping is arranged separately. Check your cart notice and our Shipping & Duties page.
What if the release is delayed?
Official suppliers sometimes adjust production schedules. We update estimated dates as soon as we receive information and email you about major delays. Pre-orders wait with the official timeline - that is normal for official merch.
