Free shipping sounds simple, but international buyers often get surprised by import duties. Here is the honest, complete picture of how shipping works at OwlCache.
Free tracked shipping
We offer free tracked shipping to all supported countries available at checkout (around 50 countries, including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Japan, South Korea, Australia and Singapore). Every order is tracked from dispatch to delivery.
Duties and taxes are not included
Import duties, VAT, GST, customs clearance fees and other local charges are not included in your order total. They are determined by your local customs authority and are the customer's responsibility.
In plain words: free shipping means we cover the shipping cost. It does not mean import duties or taxes are prepaid.
Processing and delivery times
- In-stock items: processing 3-7 business days, then 7-15 business days delivery for most supported countries (customs can add time).
- Pre-order items: ship after the official release and warehouse arrival; ship-out windows are shown on each product page.
- Mixed orders: in-stock and pre-order items may ship together unless split shipping is arranged.
What if I refuse a package?
If a package is refused, returned due to unpaid duties/taxes, failed delivery, incorrect address, or the recipient being unavailable, the customer is responsible for any original shipping cost, return shipping cost, customs fees and reshipping fees. Full policy on our Shipping & Duties page.
Can you lower the declared value or mark as gift?
No. Customs declarations must reflect accurate order information in accordance with export and import regulations. We never undervalue orders.
