Once your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

What if my order is a pre-order?

Pre-order items ship after the official release date and warehouse arrival. You can check where your order is in the process on our Order Status Guide.

Tracking not updating?

If tracking has not updated for a while, contact us via the Contact Us page and we will assist with an investigation.

Package shows delivered but you didn't receive it?

Please contact the local carrier first and check with neighbours or your building. If you still cannot locate it, contact us within 7 days - see Lost or Damaged Package.
